Strikeforce Lightweight Championship bout:

American MMA Fighter Josh Thomson vs  Bahamian MMA FighterYves Edwards

I never knew that Yves Edwards had a nickname. How does Yves "The Texas Gunslinger" Edwards sound....kind of flashy...makes you think he will KO someone for looking at him the wrong way, which is exaclty what Yves did to Josh "The Punk" Thomson in their first match up way back at UFC 49. If you haven't seen it, you should check it out here....Yves Edwards KO's Josh Thomson. That was in the past though and this time around I say that Josh Thomson returns the favor and KO's Yves Edwards in the second round to remain the Strikeforce Lightweight Champion.

Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Championship bout:

American MMA FighterBobby Southworth vs Brazilian MMA FighterRenato Sobral

I don't think Bobby Southworth has the expierence to hang with "Babalu". I see this one ending via submission. Renato "Babalu" Sobral should tap out Bobby and win the Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Championship in round 1.

Strikeforce Middleweight bout:

American MMA FighterLuke Stewart vs American MMA FighterJoe Riggs

This is a tough one, Joe "Deisel" Riggs should make short work of Luke Stewart. The problem is that you never know with the "Deisel". He has enormous talent and potential, but he never seems to be able to put it together in the ring. I still will pick him to win by KO in round 1.

Here is the rest of the fight card:

Lemont Davis vs Brian Schwartz

Tony Johnson vs. Eric Lawson

Darren Uyenoyama vs Brad Royster

Alvin Cacdac vs. Jose Palacios

Cyrillo Padilha vs Bobby Stack

Zakary Bucia vs Jaime Rodriguez

Raul Castillo vs Kurt Osiander

Nik Theotikos vs Luke Rockhold
