UFC Fight Night 15: Diaz vs Neer Sept 17, 2008
Broadcast Live on Spike
Nate Diaz vs Josh "The Dentist" Neer will not be removing any teeth during this fight. Josh has had trouble when he fights higher quality MMA opponents. He has the power to KO Nate Diaz, but I don't see that happening. Nate Diaz is becoming quite the submission wizard, and that is how he will win this one in round 2.
UFC Lightweight bout:
Clay Guida vs
Mac Danzig Clay "The Carpenter" Guida is a big step up in competition for Mac Danzig. Clay has been fighting all of the up and coming UFC Lightweight fighters. I don't think Mac is ready for the pace that Clay Guida will set. Clay Guida will win by submission in round 3 after wearing down Mac Danzig.
UFC Light Heavyweight bout:
Houston Alexander vs
Eric Schafer Eric "Red" Schafer will be looking to get this fight to the ground. If he can, he will win by submission. I don't think he will, and Houston "The Assassin" Alexander will get back into the win column with a TKO in round 1.
UFC Middleweight bout:
Ed Herman vs
Alan Belcher Both of these MMA fighters are coming off of loses and both of them are 3-3 in their UFC careers. Most of Ed "Short Fuse" Herman's losses are via submission, which are not Alan "The Talent" Belcher's strong point. Ed Herman will win by decision at the end of round 3.
UFC Lightweight bout:
Joe Lauzon vs
Kyle Bradley Joe Lauzon is at another level when compared to Kyle Bradley. Joe will KO Kyle Bradley in round 1.
UFC Light Heavyweight bout:
Wilson Gouveia
Wilson
Gouveia has never lost by submission, which does not bode well for
Jeremy Horn. Jeremy will not be able to submitt Wilson Gouveia and will
lose by TKO in round 2.
